Having lived in the Lower Mainland most of her life, Laura has over 15 years of real estate and property marketing experience. Her real estate career started in London, Uk where she was responsible for the marketing and public relations of Foxtons New Homes and Land Investments department. Foxtons is London’s largest and most respected estate agent, marketing London based properties including working with the city’s most prominent property developers and marketing agencies.
From London she relocated to Sydney Australia, where she was Marketing Director of Parkview Group, one of Australia largest construction and development companies. Responsible for the initial creation of their marketing department including the sales and marketing strategy of over 25 development projects across NSW and QLD.
Since returning to home to Vancouver in 2009 Laura has worked and continues to consult for Vancouver’s largest developers specializing in prominent presale developments.
Having the chance to personally invest in several of Vancouver's best presale developments, she realized she had a knack for interior design and marketing her own furnished rental properties for rentals returns which far exceeded her expectations, not to mention a demand for her properties.....and with that formula... Mint Boutique Rentals was born.
As the Co Creator of Vancouver’s Mint Boutique Rentals, Laura and her team specializing in tenant placement for Vancouver’s specialized furnished properties primarily servicing Vancouver’s Film Industry and executive relocations.
Having specializing in both rental property investments and developer presale projects, this provides Laura with a special skill of finding that perfect investment home and preparing the property to receive the absolute maximum return.
